In picture manager, the recently browsed shortcut lists "files" that are
empty and have no camera properties and cannot be deleted. If right click,
one option is to "Add to my picture shortcuts". When this is done, the file
listing name disappears but where does it go? If this is done with the
"desktop" listing under "recently browsed" (which also has no camera
properties and cannot be deleted), a shortcut is placed in the Picture
Manager shortcut listing as expected.
