Recicipient cannot view all fields

Hi

I am a forms newbie but I need to update a customised form that is built on
the task default form. The problem is that the 'To' field cannot be viewed by
the recipient. We need the users to be able the view the list of recipients.
Can someone help me with this

Since tasks don't support a To field, it's not quite clear just what you're trying to accomplish.
