recieve error...help

I am recieving an error when I use the calendar in outlook- When I switch to view the month I recieve this error and the aplication crashe

error is signature appname outlook.exe appver9.0.0.6604 mod name mfo.9.dll modver9.0.0.7616. offset;00020b79-
