Recieve error in PWA when trying to link an Issue with a document

I have recently applied the MSProject SP1 to our Project 2002 server
environment in the hopes that this error would be resolved, however I am
still receiving the following error pop-up when attempting to link an issue
with a document.

Any explanation or recommendations?
