Recieved mail table unaligned

When ever i recieved an e-mail that has execel spreadsheet pasted on it ...
it shows the table in one line ... eg if i sen

a test test 1 test2
b word1 word2 word3

it would come out
a
b
test1
test 2

b
word1
word2
word3

does anybody know how to resolves this problem
