Recieving an oft / form through a blackberry device

i have a form i have made and it will be used to let people know if people
have phoned for them

however some mebers of staff use blackberry devices, is there a way to get
the results displayed so a blackberry can display them as they can only
display text

I doubt it. Perhaps you ought to see

....a pre-fab "while you were out" form that will send an e-mail message. I'm
not sure how well it works with Blackberries, but that should be fairly easy
to test, don't you think?

i did try that but it is desiged for microsoft office 98 and i could not find
a way to open it
