recieving e-mails

When I try and open an e-mail from a company, I do not get the web site page.
Instead I get a page full of links. Sometimes it says if you ave trouble
viewing please click here but mostly it doesn't. If I click on a link,
sometimes it only gives me a section of the page. I believe I am running
office 2003 and windows XP. I want to be able to open an e-mail and be able
to read it. The other accounts on my computer work fine.
