Recieving Read Receipts for Others Not Myself

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3\Exhcange 2003

I request read receipts for emails I send out. At times I cc myself as well
and I do not want to get a read receipts when I open the email. Is this
possible?

No, you'd need to set outlook to not respond automatically.
