hello
how often is mail delivered to my box?
this morning it wasnt there but it is now and it was sent at 15:00 hrs
yesterday, it wasnt there yesterday evening either.
are my settings wrong?

Mail is never delivered to your Inbox. It remains on the server until you
check for it. You can check for mail every ten minutes (no less than that) or
every hour, depending on your settings. Outlook normally will check for mail
when it starts up. Go to Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send Receive options to
change.

As frequently as you have send/receive set to run automatically, if you're
using Internet mail.

I don't know what your settings are, what kind of mail account you use, and
what version/mode/SP level of Outlook you have (help | about). This makes it
tough to guess.
