Help! I've created a mail merge letter and a database of
200 customers using mailmerge wizard in Word - Microsoft
XP. How on earth do I print out the
database/datasource?

If you have Access, you can open the data source you created (Word calls it
an Office Address List but it is just an Access .mdb) and use its report
wizard to print the content. I would avoid changing any of the data in
Access though.

Or create another mail merge main document, type "Directory", insert each
field you use in the data source (possibly putting them in a single row
table), merge to a new document and print. If you use a lot of fields it may
be a good idea to use File|Page Setup to choose landscape layout.
