Hi,
I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP with a MS Exchange server and I
recently started having trouble with a couple of my recipients not receiving
my pdf attachments. In the past there has been no trouble with these same
recipients.
I have had similar problems in the past with the winmail.dat issue and I was
able to resolve this best by simply replying to an email that originated from
the problem recipient.
For this new issue I have tried replying to a recipient's email, changed
formatting to plain text and html, and created entirely new pdf files but
nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any input? One thing that I have
noticed is that with these same recipients it appears to be a random
occurence and my attachments are received about 35-50% of the time. I
believe the recipients are using Outlook 2003, but I am not 100% sure.
Thanks,
JT
