Recipient rejected by server

One of my co-workers gets the following message (sometimes) when he tries to
send email to my address. No one in the office is having this problem.
Could any tell me if it is an Outlook problem and possibly how to correct
this problem?

"The message could not be sent because one of the recipents was rejected by
server. Server Response: '550 5.731 <jennifer@...> ... Relaying denied. IP
name possibly forged'"

Have the user set the server to authenticate.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
