recipients do not recieve mail sent from outlook 2007 b2 client

I'm using an exchange account w/active directory. I can recieve mail,
however when I send mail the recipients never get the messages. The exchange
server message tracking shows that the messages were delivered to the
recipients, however none of the recipients ever see the messages in their
clients

i had a similar problem, the resolution in my case was that the MTU size was
to small in the firewall and the cisco router, you might want to make sure
they are standard sizes.

This is an issue whether i send to internal users, external users, or even
myself.
