Recipients received multiple emails from me.

I used Outlook 2003 SP2. Whenever I send an email out to a recipient, he/she
receives the same email twice (sometimes 3 times). What could be wrong? How
can I fix this problem so the recipients would not receive the same email
twice or three times. Any advices or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
