Reclaiming my identity in Entourage 08

I'm a new Entourage user. I had a test version of 04 for a while but that expired, so I got Office 08. I'm receiving e-mail fine. The problem is when I send, instead of sending e-mail under my name my recipients receive my e-mail as "Office 2004 Test Drive User." I tried modifying the contact name but it keeps coming up. Any advice?

Did you check the settings under Tools>Accounts?? Can you change the
name there??
