Recommend an Outlook add-in for archiving

Hi,

I have a client who is an email packrat - he keeps everything and wil
not be persuaded otherwise. Currently he is running Outlook 200
connecting to a corporate MDaemon server running IMAP.

The problem that we have is that his current PST file is 10GB which i
insanely large. I am looking for an archiving utility that will allow u
to archive email to archive PST folders (1 per yr) with the messages i
their same folder structure as the main pst file.

Does anyone know of a utility that meets these needs ?

File-> Archive...
Then set the date and the name of the pst-file to archive to.
Note that this is based on the modified date though and not the received
date. Depending how he has been dealing with his emails, how old they are
and when his last rebuild was, this might not match.
