Recommended writing tablets

I am interested in a graphics/writing tablet (not an expensive tablet PC!) -
I have looked at the Adessa Cyberpad and Pegatech One Notetaker and the
Logitech IO. I like the ability to take notes without the computer there but
then sync with the computer later. I definitely want the ability to import it
into Onenote (even if I have to do the OCR with that application and not
OneNote).
