Hello, if someone external to my company emails me and a colleague and I
"reply to all" I noticed that my colleague will appear in my cache listing
under their display name i.e Mary Smith (which is correct and expected) but
also with their actual email address (e-mail address removed).
Is there any way that Outlook can reconcile these addresses and know they
are one and the same so that it only caches the display name in the global
address book? I am using O2003 SP2. Thank you in advance.
