Reconfiguring Mail Support Outlook 2000

Hi Guys,

I have been reading through previous topics all morning here but am
unable to find a solution to the problem I am experiencing.

As stated above, I am running Outlook 2000.

Now I have 2 internet based email accounts that I would like to receive
info from as well as a Lan based Microsoft Mail Server and am running
in corporate or workgroup mode.

The issue is, when I add a second internet email to the services,
Outlook will only send through the emails from one or the other.

I have tried to "Reconfigure Mail Support" as it will only show the
Microsoft Mail and one internet email option in the "Mail Services"
window, when I hit this tab the Email Services Options window opens up,
when I click on next, the window closes without allowing me any other
options.

I'm hopeful that someone can point me in the right direction on this.

Hi Milly,

Most definitely followed those instructions.

I already have a Microsoft Mail Server established as well as one
internet email account running in corporate or workgroup mode.

I have added the second internet email account as a service, but am
unable to reconfigure my mail support in order to retrieve the emails
from both internet accounts.
