Usually, it would mean that there aren't the same number of fields in
each record in the data source. It would help to know
- version of Word
- type of data source (delimited text file, Excel, Access, other)

I'd usually expect this to pop up when using a delimited text file as
the data source. If this is the case for you, what are you using as the
field and record delimiters? And is the data for each field contained in
"quotes" or 'quotes'?
