Record activities against contact in public folder problem

I have a public folder set up in 2003 holding contacts.

8 salespeople have permission to use the folder.

I want them to be able to link any appointments they make in their personal
calendar to the contact in the public folder. I know you can do this for one
user, but it doesn't seem to let me do it for multiple users. Is it possible
for me to be able to view all appointments made by any of the salespeople in
the Activities tab of a contact in a public folder or not?

Any help appreciated.

Can any Outlook client see email activity on Activities Tab of a Contact
that is to/from a different Outlook client?

Environment: Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003.

All Contacts will be stored in a Public Folder on the Exchange Server.
So, when, for example, I go to a Contact, I'd like to go to the Activities
Tab and see any emails that were sent to or received from that Contact by me
(my machine), or anyone else's machine (that is also connected to the Exhange
Server).

It's a deal breaker for a custom form application we've put together for a
client.

No.

Not cheap, but this looks to be a, if not the, solution that is available
