Record Banding Format Question

I have been using this format to band all my reports

Text Box 1
Name: txtCounter
Control Source:=1

Text Box 2
Conditional Format: [txtCounter] Mod 2=0

This does not grow if a single record exceeds one line....any Ideas about
how to do it?....Thank you for your help in advance.

If this is Access 2007, just set the Alternative Back Color property of the
(Detail?) section of your report.

In earlier versions, you could use the On Format property of the (Detail)
section. Set it to [Event Procedure]. In the code window, set the BackColor
of the section, based on the value of txtCounter Mod 2.
