Record limit with Microsoft Excel

G

Gerrett Conover

When creating a mail merge from an Excel spreadsheet, I
notice that I am only shown approximately 200 rows
(records) of the spreadsheet, even though there are many
more rows in the file.

Is there a limit to the number of records returned when
using Excel? Or is there a trick to viewing (choosing)
all the records?

Thanks,

Gerrett

Hi Gerrett,

Which version of Office are we discussing, here?

And where are you "viewing" the records/rows? If you
actually execute the merge, do all the records come across?

Note: no, there is no limit to the number of records mail
merge can process to a new document or the printer.
