Record not showing up

I want to use a form to add records to all my tables. So I
have multiple tables with one query that connects all the
data. When I type in a new record in form view it adds it
to the tables like it should but when i come back to form
view the record is not there anymore. I looked at the
query and the record does not show up there either. How do
I get the record to show up in the query and the form?
