Record 'number' contained too few data fields -- Where to Get Hotf

Greetings. Need the hotfix dated April 12, 2006 for "Mso.dll and IETag.dll"
to correct the ODC error "Record 'number' contained too few data fields" when
trying to run a merge with data contained in a VFP database.

Must I contact [and pay] support, or is this hotfix perhaps included in a
later Microsoft update? Thanks for your assistance.
