Record Referencing (linking) in other sheets

I have created various sheets to represent each product listed: FSV AR, SF POLAR, FSV HC, SF MF. Is it is possible to have linked sheets show related records as they are entered for specific products? Example

10037602 FSV AR 19 97 No GE Hot No Smed
10037705 SF POLAR 19 97 No GE Hot No Smed
10037706 FSV AR 19 97 No GE Hot No Smed
99998799 FSV HC 19 97 Yes GE Hot No Smed
10038148 FSV AR 19 97 No GE Hot No Smed
99998795 FSV HC 19 101 Yes GE Cold Yes Smed
10038562 SF MF 19 101 No GE Cold No Smed
10038603 FSV HC 19 101 No GE Hot No Smed
10038744 FSV HC 19 101 No GE Hot No Smed

As the record is entered and a product is selected from the second column's drop down, to populate the respective sheet with the data form thisproduct? Also, is it possible to have the record be placed in record/line number sequence. By this, I mean with no blank lines between the records on the respective products sheets regardless of where on the main data entry sheet (recordwise) they may be

Hi Syd
have a look at the VLOOKUP function. Something like
=VLOOKUP(B2,product_data_range,column_index,0)

Using this you can sort the resulting table without problems
