Record selecter code

Can someone please lett me if there is code that you can
enter that will achieve the same thing that a record
selceter would.

Example:
I need to insert code to go to the next record into a
loop for a list box which is bound to a query in order to
return the information I need.

Sorry if I didn't explain my problem very well. If you
need a better idea of what I am trying to do, please see
my previous post (refreshing a checkbox). No one has
been able to answer that so far so I am experimenting
with different things.
