Record time used for Visual Studio.NET file

I am creating a form with Visual Studio.NET. I would like to keep record of
how much work I have done, i.e. how long the file has been open. This is
something you can do in MSWord, but what about Visual Studio.NET?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?UC1PIE9sc3Nvbg==?=,

You've asked this in a newsgroup specializing in VBA for Office. Developing
with .NET is *not* a topic, here. There are dotnet newsgroups for discussing
.NET questions, and there are also a set of forums, available through the msdn
site.

Hint: start in the System.IO namespace.
