Record Voice Notes for Calendar on PC?

Hello All,

Is there any way to make new Outlook Calendar entries that are voice
notes instead of having to type in text? I would like to record
appointment information via a bluetooth microphone and have it play
back on my laptop speakers instead of having to input the information
by the keyboard and read it back on a monitor.
