Recording Macros in Excel 2003

I have recorded a macro to delete the entire of row of the cell / cells
selected. After saving it to the personal work book excel deletes the
particular cell used while recording the macro, irrespective of the cell /
cells selected. the same macro nicely works in previous versions even now.
can some body tell me how to fix this.

When you record a macro there should be a 2nd control for "Relative
Reference" on the "Stop Recording" toolbar. Make sure this control is
selected/highlighted. Then your macro should work relative to the Active
Cell rather than an absolute cell address.
