Recording narration while slides AND notes in view

Working with Powerpoint 2007 professional on Windows XP.

How can I record a narration with each slide and having my notes in view?
Right now, when I click record narration, it takes me to a slideshow only
without notes showing. I know I can print the notes off and read them, but
would prefer to read from the notes in presentation view rather than
slideshow view.

I intend to save the slide presentation as an html webpage also. Will the
narration work with a webpage format either as a linked narration and/or an
embeded narration? Thanks for any help.

By using some 3rd party presentation tools, take ppt2flash (http://
snipurl.com/ppt2flash) for example. It's an add-in of PowerPoint, the
most important is that record narration is a free feature of the free
trial version. You don’t need switch to full screen to record the
narration. The mini record narration window is at the bottom right of
the window, it is very easy to record narrations.

Steps:
Click PPT2Flash menu -> record narration. By clicking the “Record”
button, I can record the narrations in a breeze. At the same time, it
lets me pause and resume the narration process easily.

As far as I know, some other tools has such function, such as
Articulate Presenter (http://www.articulate.com/products/
presenter.php), Adobe presenter ((http://www.adobe.com/products/
presenter))
