recording phone calls

P

Paul Munday

I can see this being the killer app for the business; but
how to make it work? We record all in and out phone calls
for security and take notes at the same time. Notes go
from workstation to database on a NT network, as others
need access to them, and telephone calls to a stand alone
computer linked to telephone system.
I need to use onenote to link in to telephone system and
then be able to save notes on conversation and tel call
all to the one d/base, rather than the seperate system
used at the moment.
Advice / help ?

There are a number of devices that let you interface your phone with your
computer for the purposes of recording. I can't recommend one, yet, but I'm
about to evaluate several. Google for it and I'm sure you'll get a list.
