I need to put in the Report Footer the last Key Access Database Number that
is reported on within the current report.

Define "last" ... because Access, you, and I may have three different
meanings.

The report is based off a query that pulls data between a date time frame
with filters. Each record is recorded with the number, and when the report
prints I am looking for the "highest" key access database number from the
query. For example i ran the query between dates of 10/1/06 to 3/31/07. The
query returned 105 records, and the record numbers are from 1070 to 1455 (not
all record numbers matched the criteria of the query filters).

I am looking to have the report return the number of 1455

Thanks for the clarification. Now, how are the "numbers" generated? I ask
because if you have a procedure that generates a sequential number, fine.
But if you've used the Access Autonumber data type, there's no guarantee
that the numbers Access generates will be sequential, without skips.
