Records on Forms

I have two questions.

I have setup input boxes to allow people to enter the
record that they want to go to. Then when they get in the
form they hit page up or page down and the information
will change to a different record. Is there a way to lock
it on that particular record so that they cannot enter
information into a different record by accident?

My second question is if there is a way to send just one
record's information through email. When you do a send
object, you receive all the records' forms not just the
current one you are on.
