recover deleted distribution list 2007

I deleted a distribution list in Outlook 2007 and I am not on an Exchange
server. Is it possible to recover it as I could not find anyway to do it
through Microsoft menus?

Have you looked in the Deleted Items folder? If it's not there, it's gone,
but the addresses will still be present in any messages you sent to that list
in the past.
