recover deleted emails?

Hi,
Can I recover the deleted emails that I have deleted from the deleted items
folder? (Pop3 emails in Outlook 2003 )

What about the entries in a shared calendar that have been deleted (Exchange
on SBS2003)

In answer to your first question, restore from the backup. If you do not
back up your data files, then you are probably out of luck.

In answer to your second question, using the "dumpsteralwayson"
method (see below link) you can recover items from any Exchange
mailbox folder or public folder. This is also assuming that you have
turned on Exchange for item retention. (We set ours to 30 day).
