recover deleted enterprise resource?

hi everyone,

i deleted an enterprise resource from the database - this was a mistake
as this resource was part of multiple projects.

now, when i go into PWA and look at a project this resource was
assigned to it says "John, Doe deleted by pscleaner on [date]." This
has messed up all time entry by this resource also.

i need to recreate this resource and re-associate it with its projects
- does anyone know if/how this can be done?

i can see this resource listed in the sql database, but it has lost its
association with the number that assigns it to projects.
