recover deleted records

Hello,

I accidently deleted all the records from the wrong table
(in access 2000).
The removed data is extremely important.

Does anyone know how I can recover the deleted records ?
The database has not been compacted after the deletion!

It's not always possible to retrieve the deleted records. If you don't have
a backup, and you're willing to pay, Peter Miller at
http://www.pksolutions.com might be able to help. (AFAIK, there's no charge
if he's not successful)
