Recover delted items is missing.

Hey everybody,

Was wondering if someone could help me out. I got a whole bunch of end users
connected to an Exchange server and everybody can use the "Recover deleted
items" feature. Well everybody except this one guy. He and he alone doesn't
even see "Recover Deleted Items" as a feature. It's not even there, but
grayed out. It's simply not there at all.

So connected to an Exhange server.
Feature is enable on the server.
Still can't access it.

Any ideas?

I know this may seem absolutely ridiculous but is he actually clicking on the
Deleted Items folder before trying to access the Recover Deleted Items? I
was in a big rush one day & someone came to me with this problem & I was
still in their Drafts folder trying to get into the Recover Deleted Items.
Then i realized I had to actually be IN the Deleted Items folder to access
the recovery function.

If it's not showing AT ALL, I would just go to Customize toolbar - Commands
Tab, rearrange commands - select Tools from the Menu Bar drop down box -
click Reset - Apply - OK.

hope one of these help you.

Yup he was and while your solution wasn't the trick by trying your idea and
the realizeing "Customize" wasn't an option. It was then (duh) that I
realized his Outlook was in safe mode.

Yeah I was rushed too.

Thanks anyway though!
