Recover Lost File

I saved over a paper that Ive been working on with a
blank document. How I do I recover an old copy of the
file.

If you have "Always create backup copy" enabled on the Save tab of Tools |
Options, you'll find the previously saved version as "Backup of
<filename>.wbk." If not, now you know why you should check this option.

Limit your use of the computer. Download the trial program from
www.RecoverMyFiles.com. Make sure you also search Temporary directories.
