Recover lost pst archive file

I inadvertently deleted one archive file that was showing
a very large size. Now, I cannot access any of the other
archive files. Any ideas how the recover the deleted file
or how to open the remaining files? Explorer shows they
are there and have at least a size but when I open there
are no messages.
