Recover pbl - Word 2003

I have installed the new office 2003 and I have a problem espécially with
Word 2003. When I open a new document, Word asks me to recover the document .
When I tries , all the times I receive the same message to recover.

I have de-installed the office and re-installed it again. I have put the
patches recommended by windows updates. I stiil have the same problem. Any
ideas??
