Recovered Deleted Items not working

Outlook 2003, yes we use exchange. Used to work. Now does not. when you click
on the RECOVER DELETED ITEMS option, nothing happens. However, others in the
office are able to do the recover feature. any suggestions why not on this
one account?

As I'm waiting to have my question resolved, I saw yours. There are many
things that might have to be done depending on the situation. Try clicking
"HELP" on the menu bar of Outlook... then clicking Office Assistant.... type
"RECOVER DELETED" and see the several steps you could begin with.

When did Recover Deleted Items stop working? Have you tried creating a new
Outlook profile? Don't copy the old one, delete it and restart the PC before
recreating the profile.
