Recovering deleted data

Say I have a form that has a field for Name. I'm looking
at an existing record in a form (Name and all the other
data is already there) and gee whiz I accidently delete
the person's name in the name field/control. What's
worse, I've forgotten what his/her name is, but it's
important that I have the correct name in that record.

Is there any way I can retrieve that name before I've
moved off the record?
