recovering deleted files

Is there any way to recover a file once it has been deleted from the project
server. I have managed to fat finger and delete the same file at the top of
th elist of projects twice. Does anyone know of an easy way to get these back
without having to restore the whole database?

Sorry Aubrey, but the only way will be to restore the file from a DB backup

DO you know if there is a way to backup the files seperately on the DB
backup? As of right now, that whole database gets backed up and our DB guys
have said there is no way to recover just one file?
