Recovering Deleted Folders?

BIG PROBLEM! I recently clicked "run schedule" to delete many old emails in my deleted folder. Unfortunately, it somehow also deleted many of my important business folders that I had in my left hand column under my inbox and marked .sbd. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen or, more importantly, how I might be able to get these back? There doesn't seem to be anyone at the "Genius Bar" at Mac that knows anything about this and I could really use some good advice.

Thanks in advance for your reply!!!

Schedules are not set to delete a folder unless it was already in the
Deleted Items folder. You should have been warned unless you turned off
Confirmation Notifications. I suggest you reset this preference.

When you delete a folder in Entourage it should show up as a subfolder of
the Deleted Items folder.

Did the names of the folder start with .sbd? It's possible you made the
folders invisible. This has never come up before so I'm not sure how
Entourage deals with folders starting with a period. You can test this by
creating a new folder and see what happens. If this is the problem, then you
can find the files and make them visible. See this article for help:
