Recovering Office Programs lost in switch from FAT32 to NTFS

Long story short... When I changed the file format on my computer to NTFS, I
was given bad information (though specifically asked) regarding the need to
replace/reinstall programs. After the change, I was devastated to find out
that the MS Office 2003 Professional (purchased computer with MS Office
installed) programs were gone! I was given 1 disc when I bought the computer,
but it was a Dell OEM disc for operating system, disk did not have the MS
Office files on it. I bought another MS Office disk (out of desperation), but
I didn't have the $$ for the Professional version. So I lost MS Access &
Publisher (God knows what else). I really miss Access & I would think there
must be a way that Microsoft could verify that the Program(s) were installed
& I could download the program(s) again or find & use the same license to get
Access back.

Unfortunately if you purchased Office 2003pro from Dell, with a PC, then
your support comes from Dell. Presumably you did buy direct from Dell? since
they usually supply both an o/s recovery oem/win cd and a driver cd.
Any Dell I have bought direct has allways included these together with
seperate software disks for any preinstalled MS software.
MS can only help with retail editions of it software.
