Recovering Outlook pst. file

Prior to reformatting my computer, I copied my Outlook file with Nero. When I
try to copy my file from a DVD it was copied to, I get a message that I'm
denied access. I've right-clicked the copied file, unchecked 'read only',
however, I keep being denied access. I can open other files and photos on
the DVD, but not the Outlook pst. file. Any suggestions or am I out of luck?

Copy file to hd, ensure read only is off, then in OL File>Open>Data
File.......browse to your pst
PS Ensure you do not overwrite any existing pst in the copy process.
