Recovery of 03 from G: drive to C:\ drive

My mother board burned now I have the old drive from my emachine in a USB
adaptor. I can see and recover my docs and pics BUT I need to re install my
Office 2003 software suites. Does anyone have any ideas?

You can only install it from the original CDs. However, you are not clear
whether this is a new computer or the old one with a new motherboard and
hard drive? If it is a new PC, then it is most likely that the version of
Office you were using was an OEM version and it is licensed to the original
hardware on which it was installed. It lives and dies with that hardware, so
you cannot install it on a new PC.

You cannot move the installed Office program from one disk to another. There
are literally hundreds of registry entries that must be created by the
installer. You have to run the setup program from the original CD or DVD.
