Dear all,
I have had a corrupt Entourage database for some time (10 GB). It will not rebuild and my perception is that he reason is that the address book has a corrupt entry. There is a greyed-out entry or entries that can not be removed as the database repair function kicks in as soon as I come near the entry.
Now I want to upgrade to Office 2008 and I want to have a working database before I do so. Can I do something to keep the entries in the address book (1400)? I seem not to be able to export only selected entries. I can cut the functioning entries out, and paste them into a Word document, but I do not know how to reformat to get the entries into an importable text file for 2008.
If I am able to get he entries out for later import, can I delete the address book so that I can rebuild the database before trying to upgrade?
Any suggestions gladly invited.
Best regards,
Johan
